Phase VI. Completion and Publication of the Diploma

   Supervisor Submits the Diploma Thesis Examination Form to the Secretariat
After the examination process is over and the examination committee members fill in the examination form using the above criteria, the Diploma Examination Form is sent to the department’s secretariat by the Supervisor.

   Diploma Submission to the Institution Repository
As soon as the diploma examination process is complete and if the student has successfully completed the Diploma obligations, the student must submit the diploma text to the Institution’s Repository. The secretariat informs the student via email for the acceptance of diploma submission in order for the diploma grade to be finalized.
